CHENNAI: Real estate developer Casa Grande has forayed into the facility management space under the new subsidiary Casa Grande Prop Care, offering various services including engineering and safety services.
The Chennai based property developer has also planned to garner Rs 100 crore revenue from the facility management space over the next three-year period.
Casa Grande Prop Care offers a wide range of services like facility management, deep cleaning services and engineering services in Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore,
Casa Grande Private Ltd Founder-Managing Director, N Arun Kumar said.
According to him, current clients for the company include Infosys, Tech Mahindra, AGS Cinemas and Cognizant, among others.
"Casa Grande Prop Care is a professionally managed facility management company offering a wide range of services both in office and residential space. We believe there is huge
scope in this space for proficient, qualified and professional company. We plan to achieve Rs 100 crore revenue from this space in three years," he said.
