Kapoor pointed out that a proper approach was needed to develop leadership. “Our comprehensive leadership development approach ensures that there is suitable, customised intervention to massively multiply leadership capability and capacity among the identified employees,” he said.
Kapoor added there were a few critical factors required for a workforce to succeed in these times of automation and digitisation. “A mindset to understand evolving customer needs and design near-perfect products and services to match customer expectations is a must. So is continuously researching latest technology in different spheres and evaluate applicability to solve customer’s needs,” Kapoor said. “Most important is having a framework to take these service innovations to the last mile”.
