PFC falls after PFC Consulting transfer wholly owned subsidiary

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) fell on Wednesday after its wholly owned subsidiary, PFC Consulting transferred its wholly owned subsidiary, RAPP Transmission Company. Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs 177.95, down Rs 0.85, or 0.48% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 12:04 p.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 183.10 and low of Rs 177.60. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 188,200.In the earlier session, the shares gained 2.94%, or Rs 5.1, at Rs 178.80. Currently, the stock is trading down 15.06% from its 52-week high of Rs 209.50 and above 82.7% over the 52-week low of Rs 97.40.
