Qualification and experience
• B.Com/M.Com/ MBA Finance with ICWAI Intermediate (preferable).
• 5-10 years’ experience in Accounts in Education / Training / Teaching Industry
• Excellent accounting, communication skills.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software, MS-Excel, MS Office.


Job Responsibility:
• Maintenance of Books of Accounts in Tally ERP.
• Monthly TDS computation & workings / salary processing.
• GST and Income tax computations, liability, workings and filing of returns.
• Preparation of Form16 & 16A .
• Preparation of financial statements and income computation and income tax return filing.
• Handling income tax related issues like refund & rectifications.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• All payments/ Receipts, Sales / Purchase Invoice, debit notes, credit notes, delivery challans, tax invoice, general vouchers and petty cash/ expense voucher entries in Tally package.
• Filing of sales tax, income tax, GST, cash vouchers and verifying it.
• To managing the accounting function of the institution smoothly & efficiently.
• Complete Knowledge of preparation of Accounts manually as well as in the computerized environment.
• Scrutinizing monthly Ledger & Books/ Daily base cash handling.
• Maintain the Records of Stock for Raw Materials & Store & Maintain the Bin Card & Stock Ledger / Finalization of Final Statement including Valuation of Closing Stock etc.
• Updating Excel sheet of Bank Book, Payment Register, Manual Bank Book.
