Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, Anna Nagar, organised a ‘Vocabulary Marathon’ — a hunt for new words and a unique method to learn more words. It was a workshop for 100 students from various disciplines. Vocabulary workbooks were given to the students at the event.
Santhosh, the resource person and a trainer and entrepreneur, made a presentation and the students were taught new words, their meanings and origin. The students were taught techniques so that they could remember new words and face the future with confidence.
