A national conference of traditional healers will be held between October 21 and 23 at Adichunchinagiri Mutt in Mandya.
The convention is supported by the departments of Forest and AYUSH and Foundation for Revitalisation of Local Health Traditions. With the theme ‘Mother and Child Care’, the convention will also highlight the importance of the midwives.
Some Paramparika Vaidyas will also be awarded during the conference.
