BENGALURU: The High Court on Wednesday ordered notice to the chief executive officer of Bidar Zilla Panchayat in connection with public interest petition filed by one Gurunath Vadde on not constructing a road to Kashampur village in Aurad taluk.
Vadde, a resident of Santhosh Colony in Aurad, stated that the ZP did not provide a connecting road to Kashampur village despite several memoranda submitted to the departments concerned. Many people are leaving the village because of lack of connectivity, he added.
