How to do it
Step1
Place the elastic band on one end of the ribbon and then fold it in such as way that the elastic is locked inside and sew it.
Step2
Place the ribbon around the book and cut it to desired length.
Leaving a little edge, sew the button to it. And you are done
PS: If you are unable to sew the
ribbon, you can use a fabric glue to seal it.
