With a tattoo on his neck, a earring, and a lean frame, on the outside, Naveen Kumar comes across as a predictable youngster in his 20s, who has a regular dream of waking up in the morning, finding a job or if employed, doing his job, getting back home and wake up the next morning. But at 28, Naveen is not the predictable youngster. He does not even have a regular dream.

Unlike most youngsters who, in a maze are free to go anywhere, as long as they stay inside the maze, Naveen chose to jump the maze when he was 16. Starting his own business in 2005, his first venture ‘Travel People’ – a Bengaluru-based taxi service, began with just two cars and an investment of `1 lakh.

Nar.jpgGradually leading his venture to newer heights, the number of vehicles exceeded 150 and in the process, he also understood many nuances of the business, especially the difficulty one has in reaching out to the potential customers as well as the problems faced by the common man in finding the right information about the service providers without any hassles. This resulted in ‘Travel People’ developing its own mobile application which gave a new direction to Naveen’s thought process.

The same idea took a wider perspective of providing a service which caters to the needs of both business establishment as well as the common public. Thus, Naveen's interest to learn more about such web-based services was kindled.

Eventually, he started learning programming while he was conceptualising his new venture.  After working out the back-end for more than two years, Naveen registered his second business venture, a private limited company - Justadz Infomedia Private Limited (Justadz.com), in the year 2014.

Started with a small team of 10 people, justadz.com employs more than 120 people today and offers various online and offline services in Bengaluru.

A technology company dedicated to help small and medium sized businesses to grow and increase their business through offline and online platform, the focus is on local search and service providers like lead generation, advertisements, promotions and data services.

“We have a powerful customer centric approach that ensures stable and future relationships with our clients. Our hope is that each client becomes an ambassador for our brand, and that is why we have a tendency towards trust, honesty, integrity, professionalism and the feel-good factor of working with the team.We have great presence on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Myspace. We also use SMS & e-mail campaigns to get direct and specific leads based on location for our clients,” Naveen points out.

JustAdz has built its value proposition as a client partner rather than a service provider with the ability to provide customised delivery solutions based on the client's requirements and enabling process improvements using industry benchmarks and standard quality processes.

And it is an ideal platform for the product & service providers in India, easy to use functionality, simple to register and various options to advertise. The website has 482 categories & 2,700 sub-categories provided and is still growing. Its 24/7 Call Centre with well-trained customer care team provides information and services like instant business promotion, instant lead generation, social media promotions, search engine promotions and online promotions. “The benefits are plenty including 24/7 online information, cost effective promotions, saving of time & money, reaching the right customers, exclusive tailored promotions, 365 days professional customer support, well built infrastructure, various advertising options and unique services and offers,” Naveen emphasises.

Currently operating only in Bengaluru, Naveen plans to launch the service in Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai in the next six months. He is also launching e-commerce on his website in the next three months and a user-friendly app next month.

Manpower management is his strength and he envisages his company size to grow to 400 members after the launch in other metro cities. His ambition is to reach the entire country in two years.
