Participants will be introduced to 2 mediums of icing
- Oriental buttercream
- Swiss meringue buttercream
Participants will learn how to coat and stack dummy cakes and finish the cakes with rusticfinish.They will also learnhow to coat their cake board with buttercream to a smooth finish akin to a fondant.
