Jamun Chocolatini
Jamun Kala Khatta : 90ml
Whole glazed cherries : 6
Chocolate syrup : 10ml
Orange wedge : 1
Fresh single cream : 30ml
Method - Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with cherries skewer and Kit Kat.
Rosé Anar
Anar juice: 120ml
Cold milk: 120ml
Rose water: 10ml
Vanilla ice cream: 1/2 scoop
Method - Blend all ingredients together and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with rose petals and serve.
Golgappa Mai-Tai
Golgappe ka pani: 120ml
Soda: 120ml
Sugar syrup: 20ml
Fresh lime juice: 15ml
Fresh cucumber slice: 1
Method - In a tall glass filled with ice pour golgappe ka pani, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and soda. Cut a fresh slice of cucumber and serve.
Kokum Punch
Kokum : 100ml
Cinnamon flavored sugar syrup : 10ml
Fresh lime juice : 10ml
Apple juice : 60ml
Aromatic bitters : 2
Method - In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and stir well. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with a fresh apple slice and cinnamon stick and serve.
Purple Mary
Jamun Kala Khatta : 120ml
Tabasco : 3 drops
Fresh orange chunks : 4
Method - In a short fat glass (old fashioned) drop the fresh orange chunks and muddle. Pour tabasco and the kala khatta/jamun and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with dry red chilli and orange peel and serve.
Jaljeera Sour
Jaljeera: 120ml
Kafir lime leaves: 4
Fresh lime juice: 5ml
Sugar syrup: 5ml
Method - In a tall glass, drop the kafir lime leaves and muddle to release flavors. Fill the glass with ice and pour the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and serve.
