Rehearsals for air show in full swing

On Friday, the teams were busy practicing for the flying display. For thr first time Indian Air Force’s (IAF) formation flying teams Sarang and Suryakiran will be flying with the Advanced Jet Trainer (AJT). 


The Sarang team with the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) is known for its breathtaking manoeuvres. They have been one of the major attractions in the past few air shows. 


Many people were seen standing outside the air base watching pilots perform various stunts. 
The traffic was thrown out of gear and police had a tough time as many people gatherd on the roadside to have a glimpse of the rehearsal.
