BENGALURU: A 35-year-old-history sheeter was stabbed to death by a group of men and his body was found in a vacant plot of land in Hedgenagar near Sampigehalli on Monday.
Police said Ayub, a resident of Govindpura, was charged in robbery, murder and extortion cases.
On Saturday, he left home with friends. When he did not return, his family filed a missing complaint. On Monday, passersby noticed a body in Hedgenagar and informed police. A senior police officer said that he was stabbed to death at a different place and the body was dumped in the vacant land.
