BENGALURU: Camilla Parker Bowles, the Duchess of Cornwall and wife of Prince Charles, was on a low key five-day visit to the Soukya International Holistic Centre on the outskirts of the city. The Duchess had first visited the centre in 2010, and this is her fourth visit to the centre which offers ayurveda, naturopathy, homeopathy and yoga.
Scotland Yard officers, including at least one woman, flew in a day earlier to provide personal security for Camilla and her entourage, and state police provided the outer perimeter cover at the centre.
While her retinue flew out on Sunday night, the Duchess, her younger sister Annabelle Elliot, and a few friends are expected to leave for the UK on her private jet on Monday.
