BENGALURU: Mobility India in collaboration with the state health department, organised a state-level workshop on Assistive Technology (AT) along with practical exposure to assistive devices for 21 district health officers and 20 senior faculty members representing 30 districts of Karnataka, here on Tuesday.
AT is an umbrella term covering the systems and services related to the delivery of assistive products and services. Director of Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics Dr. Chandrashekar H S, and Professor and Head of Neurological Rehabilitation Centre at NIMHANS Dr. Anupam Gupta were present on the occasion.
