Up for some mouthwatering kebabs? The Crown is offering a delicious menu of exotic kebabs — meat minced, marinated and threaded onto skewers or grilled over charcoal — that originated in the Middle East.
Made by Chef Mukhtar to perfection, there are kebabs like Murgh Charga Lahori Kebab, which is tenderised chicken blended with cashew paste’; the world famous kebab from Awadh – the ‘Galouti Kebab’; “Makki Aur Paneer Ke Tawa Kebab, a rare combination of corn & cottage cheese; Palak Aur Hare Matter Ki Shammi Kebab, which is a flavourful blend of spinach and green peas. The menu is available from April 22 to April 30 from 6 pm onward at The Crown, The Residency Towers.
