The Dharmasooya Mahayaagam Organising Committee will be conducting a vedic ritual titled ‘Dharmasooya Mahayaaga’ at Palakkad in Kerala during February 2014. The organising and briefing meeting for the ritual, that aimed at promoting world peace and prosperity was held on Tuesday at Mylapore here.
The meeting was headed by Sree Tathatar of Tapovarishtashramam and was also attended by the Vice President of Malayalee Samajam, Soman Mathew and working Chairman of Dharmasooya Mahayagya Organising Committee, P R Krishna Kumar.
Representatives of the committee who briefed the media on Monday said “The mahayaagam is a grand affair and will be witnessed by devotees from around the world. We have made arrangements for food accomodation and other basic needs of the devotees”.
The representatives of the committee explained that the Mahayaagam will be conducted in accordance to the vedic rituals stipulated in the scriptures.The organisers assured that security and safety will be the top priority and all arrangements will be made to ensure a comfortable stay for the devotees.
