CHENNAI: City-based businessman C Kasturi Raj, chairman of Firm Foundations and Housing Private Limited, bagged the ‘Brand Excellence Award in Real Estate Sector 2014’ recently. The award, instituted by ABP Group, was given away by Dr RL Bhatia, founder of World CSR Day. Kasturi Raj was the only person from South India chosen for the award. Started in 1992, Firm Foundations has completed 128 projects in 22 areas of Chennai.
