Sarath Kumar Complains of Fake FB Page

CHENNAI:Actor-politician Sarath Kumar has knocked on the doors of the City Police Commissioner, seeking action against unidentified persons maintaining fake pages in his name on various social networking platforms.

His complaint with Central Crime Branch Deputy Commissioner of Police, S Jayakumar on Wednesday is being investigated.

In his complaint, Sarath Kumar, stated that he had come across several such fake accounts of his on social networking sites, including Facebook.

“Such accounts routinely post unwarranted details and outdated pictures of mine,” he charged. This was a bid to malign his reputation in society, Sarath Kumar said and observed that he was serving in various capacities, including an MLA and the Nadigar Sangam president.
