Talking to CE, Parthima says, “The three of us have travelled extensively across continents. Having experienced food in so many countries,we wanted to bring some together by re-creating the dishes, apart from offering a complete experience.” It is not just about fine dining. From cheese coquettes to chicken tikka, pasta to biryani, hakka noodles to nachos, the specialty is diversity.
