Taste of Chinese Noodles in Chennai

Taste of Chinese Noodles in Chennai

Want to try the right blend of Indian spices and Chinese cooking techniques? Deccan Plaza is organising a Pan Asian Food Festival at its multicuisine restaurant Olives.

Chef Thangkhangou from North East and executive chef Anil Kumar of Deccan Plaza have created a menu that includes dishes like tom yum soup, rainbow soup, green Thai curry, stir fried vegetables, pad Thai noodles, babycorn tempura, crispy fried wonton, vegetable dimsums, lychee icecream among others.

According to the chefs at the restaurant, in China, some regions use more spices than others, and the types of dishes vary. When it comes to preparing Chinese dishes for Indians, it is tweaked to suit the Indian tastebuds, they say. In addition, dishes at the restaurant are suited to vegetarians as well.

The festival is on till July 26, at Olives Multicuisine Restaurant. Enjoy a full course dinner during week days and lunch and dinner during weekends for just `499 plus taxes per person.
