Chef Luca brings with him finesse in presenting simple, traditional food, while reinventing some delicacies with his unique interpretations, as guests savour his masterpieces with this incredible elixir.
You can look out for sweet potato orbs, garlic almond cream and crumbled corn crisp; or confit chilean sea bass, toasted coconut and passion fruit and orange to be paired with delamain pale & dry. Or how about some delamain tres venerable with truffle scented gnocchi, four cheese sauce and smoked lamb shank, caramelised onion and red wine glaze.
