CHENNAI: Director of Town and Country Planning Kirlosh Kumar has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Electoral Officer.
He will be Additional Secretary to the Government, Public (Elections) Department, as well and hold the office for a period of one year or till the need for it ceases, whichever is earlier.
