Responding to another query, Khushbu said at a time when peopole of the country were facing many a problem, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was been touring foreign countries. According to her the BJP-led NDA government had been implementing many a welfare schemes of the previous UPA regime in different names.

A senior functionary in TNCC said for more than three weeks, party work had come to a standstill because of the Congress high command’s delay in the appointment of a new president.
