CHENNAI: Four girls emerged as the toppers in the Chennai Corporation School 10th standard public examination. All four toppers have opted for Science in their higher secondary.
M E Anitha and S Bhuvaneswari from Corporation GHSS in Saidapet, emerged as the toppers among Corporation schools, scoring 492 out of a maximum of 500.
M Jayapriya, from Corporation Higher Secondary School in Koyambedu and K Mazvin Roshan from Corporation GHSS in Saidapet shared the second rank by scoring 489 and A Sindhiyaa from Corporation GHSS, Market Street emerged as the third topper by scoring 488 marks. Speaking to Express, Bhuvaneswari said, “I never expected to be a topper. I used to study everyday and complete my daily assignments which helped me score good marks.”
