Paintings by Dr PR Raju and Narendranath Palala that are current on display at the Shrishti art gallery, offer a blissful experience of rural India and its beauty through the eyes of the creators.
Raju, a veteran artist along with his son Narendranath Palala display their skill through their exhibition of paintings.
“Essence of rural India is shown in its true colors.
Looking at the paintings makes me want to travel to the farmlands and villages,” says Harriet, a spectator at the gallery.
The collection includes a wide variety of oil and acrylic paintings.
“Realism is the key concept for a painting to connect with the people and that concentrating on one particular medium will improvise the creativity in an artist.
My works are inspired by nature,” reveals Palala.
Works of Raju focused on the workmanship and people in the rural India in its vibrant strokes.
The exhibition will be on till September 7.
