As a powerful leader, you have now resolved to change the intentions of the world. The foremost principle is you have to respect and revere the throne - the Peeth on which you are seated yourself i.e. you have to respect and give a priceless value to your soul which is housed in you. As a powerful leader, it is very important for you not to lose track or lose the cardinal values and principles which has now empowered you. Therefore, you have to make your intentions clear to your conscience first before making it known to the world.
Your Conscience is the eye of your creator (God). Conscience is like close circuit camera which is inbuilt in all of us and also it is the voice of our creator Himself. With this power of the ‘eye of conscience’, you steer clear of the fickleness and the vagaries of the mind which are clouding your vision. The ‘eye of conscience’ shows a clear picture to you of what is right and dharmic and what is the anti -- principle (adharma) inside you. Just as we clean the windscreens of our car of its dust and grime periodically for a clear vision, likewise, we have to repeatedly clean the lens of this ‘eye of conscience’ by adhering to the following three principles intensely.

That means, you have now revealed your true intentions to your Conscience. The Conscience conveys your intentions of emancipation to the creator (God) and also reveals your ‘Soul’ to you.
