3-hour power cut made official

Power cut duration within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will be for three hours (two spells of one and half hours each) starting Thursday.

Though unofficial power cuts were always in force, it has been now made official. There may be additional power cuts due to load shedding, extending the cut duration depending.
