The Metropolitan Development Plan - 2031 for the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region (HMR), along with the zoning and development promotion regulations with maps will be on sale from March 15.
The plan consists of land use maps of 35 mandals (30 sheets). These maps will be on sale as per the rates mentioned at the display hall of MDP-2031 besides India Overseas Bank (IOB), second floor in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) office, Tarnaka and also at the four zonal offices of Ghatkesar, Medchal, Shankerpally and Shamshabad from Friday. People can buy it on all working days from 11 am to 2:30 pm.
A complete set of all 30 mandals is for Rs 10,000.
The MDP-2031 for HMR, along with zoning and development promotion regulations, has been notified by the state government on January 24.
