Strawberry milkshake with ice-cream
On a really lazy Saturday summer afternoon, when your favourite movie in playing on the television set, ever wondered if all that was missing was a healthy and a chilled milkshake to go with? Well, here’s your easy to make recipe for strawberry milkshake with ice-cream
1 cup fresh strawberries
4 cups milk
Sugar to taste
Wash strawberries properly and remove the stems.
Blend strawberries and little milk together in a blender or a mixer until crushed properly into a smooth paste.
Add the remaining milk, sugar and crushed ice.
Blend again for another 30 seconds or so.
Served chilled in glasses with an ice-cream topping.
*If strawberries are not available, strawberry essence can be used
