Senior defence officers of army, navy and air force who are undergoing one year special course at National Defence College, New Delhi were explained about development of Hyderabad Metro Rail project in public private partnership (ppp) mode in Metro Rail Bhavan here Saturday.
They were given inputs about PPP concepts, bid process, challenges of PPP project execution and the engineering involved in the HMR project by HMR MD NVS Reddy.
