Warangal MP Siricilla Rajaiah’s daughter-in-law S Sindhu had reportedly attempted suicide at her house in Hanamkonda on Monday by cutting her wrist following differences with her husband Anil. Police, however are unwilling to reveal more about the case.

Sindhu, who had her left wrist slit open with a sharp object, was first rushed to a private hospital in the town, but later shifted to an undisclosed location.

Meanwhile, news channels went to town saying that Sindhu had lodged a complaint with Subedhari police three days ago against her husband alleging harassment.

When contacted Warangal Urban SP A Venkateswara Rao said no such complaint made at Subedhari police station by MP’s daughter-in-law had come to his notice. He, however added that he would look into it.
