Nine IAS officers promoted to supertime scale

As many as nine IAS officers belonging to 1997 batch have been promoted to the supertime scale of pay on Wednesday.

As many as nine IAS officers belonging to 1997 batch have been promoted to the supertime scale of pay on Wednesday.

On promotion to the super time scale, the IAS officers will continue in the same posts.

The promotees are:

1) Shailaja Ramaiyer, managing director, AP Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad.

2) Ahmed Nadeem, chairman and managing director, AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited, Visakhapatnam.

3) J Syamala Rao, managing director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Works & Sewerage Board, Hyderabad.

4) N Sridhar, additional secretary to chief minister is now posted as special secretary to chief minister.

5) D Vara Prasad, vice-chairman  and managing director, AP CivilSupplies Corporation.

6) Rama Shankar Naik, secretary, Board of Intermediate Education.

7) A  Ashok, collector Adilabad. 

8) N  Mukteswara Rao,collector, Nalgonda.

9) M Veerbrahmaiah,collector, Vizianagaram.
