The Karadi Tales audiobook ‘Little Vinayak’ narrated by actor Vidya Balan has been chosen as one of the Outstanding Books of 2013 by the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY). An original tale by Shobha Viswanath, Little Vinayak is the tale of a little elephant whose trunk is so long that he trips and falls whenever he walks. No matter what he does, he cannot keep his long trunk out of the way - until one day, a very special friend offers an unusual solution.

Being chosen as one of the outstanding books of 2013 by IBBY, copies of Little Vinayak will go on the travelling exhibits across Europe throughout 2013 and it will also be displayed at the IBBY Documentation Centre.
