An unidentified person committed a theft of Rs 15,000 at Syndicate Bank, Gachibowli, by threatening with a toy pistol.
The incident took place on Thursday under Raidurgam police limits. According to police, when the bank was being closed by the staff, an unknown person came into the bank and threatened the staff with a pistol.
The accused snatched Rs 15,000 cash from the cashier and fled from the spot. Based on the complaint, police registered a theft case on Friday.
