Vatika Group to Invest Rs 100 cr in Telangana

HYDERABAD: Delhi-based Vatika Group said here on wednesday it was planning to invest `100 crore in Telangana to set  up multiple projects including a healthcare facility, quick service restaurants and a facility management unit. Besides, the company is also exploring options to develop real estate including commercial and residential properties.

“The proposed investment excludes real estate development. We are analysing the prospects to set up a Vatika Medicare facility, QSR and others and we hope they will be operational by the next two years,” Vineet Taing, president-Hospitality, Vatika Group told Express.

He added that the company will also set up its third business centre in the city besides exploring potential in Warangal and Karimnagar.
