Youtuber Shraddha to Rock Windsong

HYDERABAD: Popular youtuber Shraddha Sharma is set to perform at the Windsong Festival in Hyderabad on November 29. Hailing from Dehradun, Shraddha Sharma  uploaded her first song, a version of ‘Main Tenu Samjhawan Ki’ from the movie Virsa at the age of 15. As her popularity rose, she uploaded several videos of her singing, that have amassed millions of views.

Her YouTube channel ‘Shraddharockin’ is one of the most subscribed channels in India with more than 1,41,886 subscribers.

The youtuber belongs to a musical family and credits her mother for introducing her to music. “She is my first teacher, my first audience and my inspiration” says Shraddha.  Currently a student pursuing mass media at Wilson College, Mumbai, Shraddha’s ultimate aim is to be a rockstar. “I know my dreams are really big, but I believe dreams are fulfilled only if you have the power to see them” says Shraddha who has a fan following of 145 k on YouTube, 3 million  fans on Facebook and 15k on Twitter, there is little doubt on how close she already is to her goal!.
