Actor Mohan Babu’s son, Manchu Manoj and his long time girlfriend Pranathi Reddy got engaged amidst family members on Wednesday in a star studded event at Hotel Park Hyatt.

Actor Mohan Babu’s son, Manchu Manoj and his long time girlfriend Pranathi Reddy got engaged amidst family members on Wednesday in a star studded event at Hotel Park Hyatt.

Manoj looked radiant in a golden and maroon sherwani while Pranitha wore a designer saree in the same colour. The groom-to-be walked in with his niece and Lakshmi Manchu’s daughter, Vidya Nirvana Manchu.

The ceremony was attended by members from the film fraternity and also political personalities.

The guest list included Taapsee Pannu who acted with Manoj in the film Jhummandhi Naadam, Tamil actor Simbu who lent his voice to Manoj for the popular song Bujji pilla, directors K Raghavendra Rao, Dasari Narayana Rao, actor Chiranjeevi along with his son Ram Charan Tej and other family members, Aishwarya Dhanush, daughter of superstar Rajinikanth, yesteryear heroines, Jaya Prada and Suma Latha who acted opposite Mohan Babu were also present to bless the couple.

Among the politicos, Jagan Mohan Reddy, Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu graced the occasion.
