Shikanji

Ingredients  .

2 cups of water

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp black salt

Black pepper powder

Ice Cubes

A bunch of mint leaves

Method:

  • Take two cups of water in a bowl
  • Add the lemon juice, sugar, black salt, cumin powder and pepper powder
  • Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves (The sugar and black salt can be used as per your taste)
  • Shikanji is ready to be served
  • Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves
