The Palm Beach Salad

The perfect blend of vegetable protein and fibre with a dash of antioxidant rich Apple cider

  • Ingredients

Shredded  chinese red cabbage

Alfalfa sprouts

Apple cider

Finely chopped Ginger

Lemon

Salt

La Belle Fille

  • Ingredients 

Shredded Lettuce

Sliced green Apples

Sliced plums

Diced bell peppers

Balsamic vinegar

Organic honey

Flaxseeds

Chia seeds

The Hawaiian V8 Salad

This multi vitamin and power packed salad not only works as a meal replacement but also as a very refreshing and energetic snack

  • Ingredients

Red and Yellow Bell peppers

Cucumber

Sunflower seeds

Pineapple

Fresh parsley
