HYDERABAD:State Bank of Hyderabad has received a formal permission from the GHMC for construction of bank’s head office building at Knowledge Park, Inorbit Mall Road, Hitec City, Hyderabad.
Santanu Mukherjee, managing director of the bank on Thursday handed over a cheque for Rs 3.08 crore to GHMC special officer Somesh Kumar towards the permission fees for the construction of new head office building for the bank.
The proposed new building will have state-of-the-art environment-friendly Green building aimed at highest Platinum rating from the Green Building Council, 2 lakh square feet of office space with 1 lakh square feet of parking and utilities in a 5-acre plot.
It would have rooftop solar panels for generating 450KW power, landscaped garden layout with preservation of natural rock outcrop. Green belt provision all around the building and sewage treatment plant (STP) for water recycling and conservation.
