HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board managing director M Jagadeeshwer, along with executive director M Satyanarayan, directors and other senior officials, will be available in the conference hall of the board’s office at Khairatabad from 5 pm to 6 pm on March 24 as part of ‘Meet Ur MD, HMWS&SB’ programme to address and redress long-pending complaints of consumers. Customers with such complaints should come along with previous references.
In the evening on the same day, ‘Dial Ur MD, HMWSSB’ will be held from 6 pm to 6.30 pm. Customers can interact with him on their grievances by quoting their CAN numbers over phone numbers 6752212, 66752213 or 66752214.
DUES RECEOVERY: The board invoked the Revenue Recovery Act to confiscate the movable assets such as bikes, TV sets and computers belonging to five defaulters in the Sanikpuri division on Monday for non-payment of dues.
