Missing Asst Prof Found in Maharashtra

HYDERABAD: A 27-year-old assistant professor of Prof Jayashanker Telangana State Agriculture University, who went missing under suspicious circumstances, was found in Osmanabad, Maharashtra by the Cyberabad police on Thursday.

The Mailardevpally police, who registered a missing case, brought the Assistant professor to the city and counselled her. The Assistant professor, A Spandana, had married an Ayurvedic doctor after meeting him online one year back. “However, she was being harassed by her husband and in-laws.Unable to bear the harassment, she wanted to leave her family,” the police said. ens
