HYDERABAD: A group of seven American fellowship trained Telugu physicians specialised in interventional spine management, announced their American Spine & Pain Center in the city. 

“We perform a wide range of non-surgical interventions that are tailored to each person’s individual needs. Since there are no risks of surgery or general anesthesia, and no hassle of long term hospitalisation or costs related to it,” said Dr Mahendra Sanapati, president and medical director, CEO, Advanced Ambulatory Surgery Center, Evansville, USA.

Doctors and therapists are able to treat a variety of ailments that involve chronic pain such as, low back pain, leg pain, sciatica, nerve pain, lumbar post laminectomy syndrome, failed back surgery syndrome, degenerative and herniated disc disease, spinal stenosis, sacroiliitis/sacroiliac joint dysfunction, greater trochanteric bursitis, coccydynia, ischial tuberosity bursitis, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, intercostal neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, chronic headaches/ occipital neuralgia, musculoskeletal pain, spasticity, cancer pain, fibromyalgia, compression fractures, piriformis syndrome, meralgiaparesthetica, sports related injuries, headaches, arthritis, post-surgical pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and hip pain without requiring open surgery.
