Circle-level Conference of SBI Women Employees Held in City

HYDERABAD: The State Bank of India held its fifth circle-level women employees’ conference here on Monday.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Malkajgiri Zone)Rama Rajeshwari, who was the chief guest, said women employees were hesitant to complain about crimes and advised women to face challenges with an open mind and deal with adverse conditions in society with confidence.

Observing that the prevalence of nuclear family system was one of the contributors promoting crimes, she also blamed the electronic media, especially some TV serials, for the rising crime rate.

She appreciated the SBI for its complaint-management system introduced in 2013.

Hyderabad LHO chief general manager CR Seshikumar,  Hyderabad AO I deputy general manager (B&O) HK Pammi, SBI Ladies Club president Sudha Bindu,  deputy general managers Niranjana (Staff College) and Kousalya Venkataraman, and Ratnakumari, Lalitha, Lakshmi (AGMs) were also present.
