HYDERABAD: Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI)’s ‘Hyderabad Property Show-2016’ will be held from August 13 to 15.
The three-day property show to be held at Hitex here will showcase the properties of more than 115 builders, thus providing the prospective home buyers with an opportunity to inquire about wide array of properties of various segments and price ranges.
“The situation has changed a lot from the time fourth Hyderabad Property Show was held in August 2014 to now. City’s realty sector has put behind a prolonged slump and is experiencing a positive momentum over the past six months,” said P Ramakrishna Rao, general secretary of CREDAI, Hyderabad.
“Therefore we found it apt to organise a property show to enable home buyers know about the authentic properties from all over city at one place. We are expecting more than one lakh prospective home buyers to visit the show,” he added.
