HYDERABAD: Nizamabad district Collector Yogita Rana has been transferred and posted as district Collector of Hyderabad. The Joint Collector of Nizamabad district will hold full additional charge (FAC)
of the post of Nizamabad district collector. Orders to this effect were issued on Wednesday.
Yogita Rana’s transfer has been on the card since several days as the local TRS leaders, including some elected representatives, have been complaining about her functioning style and were lobbying for her transfer
.Sources said Yogita Rana dealt firmly with illegal sand transportation which did not go well with some ruling party leaders who were gunning for her transfer.
