HYDERABAD: Rachakonda joint police commissioner T V Shashidhar Reddy and Vigilance and Enforcement additional superintendent M Venkateshwar Rao have been awarded with the President Police Medal by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs for their meritorious service.
The MHA also awarded 10 police officers from Telangana including South Zone DCP V Satyanarayana with the Indian Police Medal for dedicated service.
The officers who have been awarded with the IPM are Intelligence DSP K Surendranath Reddy, Crime Investigation Department SI P Premchander, Mahbubnagar SI K Tirupaji, Karimnagar Armed Reserve SI Bhukya Bala, Karimanagar Police Telecommunications ASI C Shankar, Hyderabad Regional Intelligence Office ASI JV Seshagiri Rao, Intelligence Security Wing (Hyderabad) SIs Shaik Jaleel Ahmed and K Satynarayana, Vigilance & Enforcement Head Constable K Prabhakar, Karimnagar and Amberpet ASI Mahammed Mahmood.
Director general of police Anurag Sharma congratulated the officers for their dedicated service and expressed confidence that the officers continue to put same efforts.
