Burgers you can’t say no to

HYDERABAD: You don’t really go to an American dining restaurant being cautious of your diet. Just forget about the fats, carbohydrates, and proteins and indulge into the mouth watering burgers introduced by the Chili’s restaurant this summer. A menu card exclusively made for those who want to pamper their taste buds to the flavour of shrimps, beef, and bacon with which are made as patties to go with the burgers. The meat is smoked with salt and pepper which makes the taste irresistible.

‘Art of the Burger’ – the limited edition menu card offers a lot to foodies besides its burgers. “We are known for non-vegetarian food and the new menu is the first of its kind with shrimp being added,” says John Paul, manager at Chili’s, Banjara Hills.
At first, you cannot get your eyes off the ‘Crispy Masa Fries’, a perfect appetiser that is made through the mix of corn tortilla and mashed potatoes. The deep fried finger sized pieces are topped with smoked chicken and a creamy chipotle aioli sauce that makes the French fries blend with the entire offering. It surely makes you crave for more.

Next came the giant ‘Magnificent Burger’, true to its name the double patty burger which has beef and shrimp patty sandwiched between a thick layer of cheese and all of it was topped with fresh avocados, carrots, and cabbage. The distinct taste of the well-used seasonings and sauces make you crave more of it. Served with chimi – churi sprinkled fries, the burger is filling enough not to make you feel hungry for at least two or three hours and it is because of the fresh meat.

“We have the best meat sourced from abroad and all our dishes are quality checked before it reaches our restaurant,” informs Vinod Shadam, quality assurance chef at Chili’s restaurant. We tasted the coolant ‘Molten Shake’, a well-thought shake that perfectly goes with the fiery burger. If you say that chocolate is your first love then you will love it. It has
molten chocolate cake as its primary ingredient. The sliced pieces of the cake are blended with ice cream that keeps your system cool. The menu is available throughout this month and will
last only till April 2. A meal for two costs `1,800 + taxes.
