Make products that solve a real problem

HYDERABAD: Traditionally, home automation is perceived to be an expensive affair and more of a luxury. With the internet becoming widespread and the cost of electronics dropping, the Internet of Things (IoT) has become a reality.

But the challenge of changing the perception of the customer towards automation still remains. In the early days, we had quite a few people telling us that our product was just a fancy add-on.

During the conceptualisation phase, we asked ourselves if the product solves a real problem and if it solves it at a reasonable price.

This ensured that the costs were low and we had created a utility product instead of a luxury item. The feedback we received shows customers have used our products to solve the problems they faced.
